Valle Del Sol Community Health is a nonprofit federally qualified health center serving the greater Phoenix Valley. It provides integrated, culturally centered medical and behavioral healthcare for adults, children, seniors, and families, including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, mental health, psychiatry, substance-use recovery, and wellness services. Its mission is to transform lives and empower individuals and communities through equitable, accessible care.
