Owns growth for consumer physical-product brands, becoming the internal expert on their advertising needs and using VideoGen to acquire and retain customers. The role manages early marketing channels, runs growth experiments, develops foundational materials, gathers customer insights, manages vendors, and later expands into paid, influencer, PR, SEO, and other channels. It will set growth targets, scale marketing spend, and help build a growth team.
