Manage and optimize supply chain operations for cafe stores, including purchasing, inventory replenishment, vendor coordination, logistics, demand forecasting, delivery scheduling, SCM reporting, and supply readiness for new store openings. The role also resolves supply issues, supports cost optimization, and monitors vendor performance while coordinating with warehouses, logistics providers, stores, and cross-functional teams.
