Position Summary
Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of ingredients, packaging, and other materials to stores.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage purchasing, inventory, and replenishment of ingredients and packaging materials
· Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, logistics providers, and stores
· Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and delivery schedules
· Identify and resolve supply, inventory, and delivery issues
· Maintain accurate SCM data, reports, and purchasing records
· Support new store openings and ensure timely supply readiness
· Support cost optimization and vendor performance management (optional)
Requirements
Qualifications
· 2–7 years of experience in SCM, purchasing, logistics, or food & beverage operations
· Experience with food, bakery, restaurant, or retail industry preferred
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Excel; ERP/Inventory Management system experience preferred
· Ability to work with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
