Design and deliver training for volunteers and paid organizers, develop training materials, monitor RSVPs and attendance, host office hours, staff tabling events to recruit and represent the campaign, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Manage recruitment and mobilization programs to meet volunteer and paid participant metrics. Develop recruitment plans and calendars, maintain trackers and reports, recruit and supervise fellows and volunteers, run phonebanks, attend public events, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Manage Reach contacts/tags/user groups, integrate VoteBuilder, Reach, Phoenix via APIs, and deliver analytics to optimize organizing programs. Support Special Projects and Data Team; work flexibly including after-hours and travel across the state.
