Support the PMO with staff time tracking, data validation, and updating ERP records; assist in preparing PMO reports and budget extracts; provide administrative and analytical support to portfolio managers; participate in PMO initiatives and meetings to learn project portfolio management processes and tools.

Lead IWMI's Pakistan office: set strategic research and operational direction, manage country staff and office operations, secure funding, lead research-for-development portfolio, represent IWMI with government, partners and donors, and communicate research outputs to maximize impact.

Support procurement operations by maintaining procurement databases, compiling market and supplier data, preparing purchase documentation, comparing vendor proposals, inspecting deliveries, tracking contracts and payments, and ensuring compliance and accurate recordkeeping to enable timely, value-for-money sourcing decisions.
