Transport patients of all ages to and from imaging areas, maintain transport equipment, follow safety and confidentiality policies, and provide age‑appropriate support during transfers. Participate in safety programs and report hazards.

Transform, validate, and migrate data between systems during upgrades or integrations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity using ETL processes, SQL, Excel, and industry data formats (XML/JSON/HL7). Analyze large datasets, document conversion logic, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful system implementations.

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executives and administrative staff. Serve as a frontline representative to patients, physicians, and community leaders. Manage confidential, time-sensitive materials; prepare correspondence and reports; coordinate schedules and project status; assist with financial project coordination and resolve administrative or technical issues to support efficient operations.

Prepare and maintain payroll records for all employees, process payrolls, produce periodic payroll reports, ensure compliance with payroll laws, handle confidential payroll/timekeeping data, and communicate with staff and authorities. Assist with clerical payroll tasks and lead others as needed to meet deadlines.
