Provide front-desk and facility support, manage visitor and client logistics, coordinate travel (domestic/international) and transport, handle couriers and communications, maintain MIS and reports, manage housekeeping and utilities, and support events and employee provisioning.

Design, implement, and maintain CIAM and access management solutions (authentication, authorization, RBAC, provisioning). Integrate CIAM with applications, enforce access policies, audit controls, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security best practices, compliance, and clear documentation.

Lead sales for Identity, Risk, and Threat management services across India, APAC, and the Middle East. Develop and execute growth strategies, build executive relationships, drive client acquisition and retention, leverage partner alliances, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale sales effectiveness and meet aggressive revenue targets.
