Lead and oversee planning for one or multiple complex projects from tender to closure. Define standards, supervise schedules and IMS, anticipate risks, coordinate stakeholders, implement corrective actions, and manage/recruit/develop a team of planners to improve planning processes and project schedule performance.

Coordinate government relations, early-stage business development, academic partnerships, events, and grants. Prepare briefing materials, support stakeholder engagement and follow-up, align cross-functional teams, track milestones, and produce internal reports to enable senior leadership and drive market development.

Support the Construction Manager to plan, execute and track mechanical erection works. Manage subcontractors, coordinate with Engineering and Procurement, ensure EHS and quality compliance, produce as-built documentation, resolve deviations, support commissioning, and apply LEAN methods to meet schedule, budget and safety targets.

Manage project accounting and controls: reconcile SAP project financials, monitor costs and cash flows, define revenue milestones, handle invoicing and forex reconciliation, manage bonds/guarantees, support claims and audits, and produce project financial reporting and KPI updates.

Lead sourcing and procurement for assigned commodities: manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, place orders, and monitor supplier performance. Drive supplier development, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, risk mitigation, and KPI alignment. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and commodity leaders, focusing on sourcing for turbine/generator and heavy mechanical components.

Manage supplier delivery performance for assigned project packages, ensuring on-time, on-budget fulfillment. Define expediting strategy, coordinate with procurement, quality, and project teams, monitor risks and costs, and report status through PMX/SUMO. Drive compliance with group processes and support forecasting and budgeting.

Perform FEA and hand calculations to assess steam turbine components for strength, fatigue, buckling, ratcheting, natural frequency, heat transfer and shock. Build FE models and analysis plans, assist weld checks, evaluate lifting/installation, support commissioning and outages, write reports, and present design reviews to customers.

Support the Construction Manager by executing erection strategy, developing plans and tools, managing subcontractors, coordinating with Engineering and Procurement, enforcing EHS and LEAN, maintaining as-built and quality documentation, supporting commissioning, and driving cost/quality objectives.

Perform structural and fatigue analyses (FEA) of naval components including shock, buckling, ratcheting, heat transfer and lifting checks. Build FE models from CAD, verify welds, assess rotating equipment, produce technical reports, and present findings in design reviews and customer meetings.

Lead project planning and implementation, integrate work packages and constraints into schedules, monitor progress and produce projections, provide accurate reports to stakeholders, use technical expertise to solve complex manufacturing/planning issues, mentor colleagues and lead small low-risk projects, and collaborate with global teams to support customers.
