Lead industrial engineering activities for warehouse/distribution operations including layout and workcell design, PFEP, material flow and line-side delivery planning, process development, time studies, lean implementation, data analysis, visual factory, continuous improvement and error-proofing. Create designs using AutoCAD and Excel/Access tools and support implementation to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.

Investigate customer invoice discrepancies, analyze shipping documents, and resolve issues via phone, email, web portals, and EDI. Communicate with internal teams and customers, learn industry requirements, and perform research to resolve billing and shipment disputes.
