Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Managing Director, managing communications, calendar, meetings, travel, and VIP engagements. Oversee storytelling for homepage, social, CRM, paid and UX/UI, optimize performance using data, SEO and A/B testing, plan editorial calendars, and align cross-functional teams to drive engagement and conversion.

Support employee wellbeing and engagement by managing the annual calendar, executing initiatives and events across offices, stores, and warehouses, maintaining wellbeing benefits, preparing communications, conducting market research, securing external partnerships, collecting feedback, and producing analytical reports on program performance.

Lead end-to-end country logistics operations including warehousing, imports/exports, transportation, distribution, inventory and 3PL management. Ensure contract and KPI performance, negotiate with carriers, implement operational improvements and compliance, and build a high-performing logistics team.
