Support regional financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis for DACH, WE and NS&E EMEA. Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, margin and customer profitability models, variance analysis, and scenario modelling. Implement and maintain the DeSL PLM application, manage incidents and SLAs, handle support tickets, gather requirements, perform root-cause analysis, maintain documentation and training materials, support PLM integrations (PLM→ERP→e‑commerce), and collaborate with stakeholders to improve PLM processes and user adoption.

Lead design, implementation and support of SAP PI/PO, CPI and EDI integrations. Manage full project lifecycle, enforce integration standards, convert legacy interfaces to SAP PO, troubleshoot performance issues, create technical documentation, and provide multi-tier support and mentoring across teams.

Lead Canterbury's global product strategy and seasonal range creation across on-field, licensed, training and off-field categories. Define range architecture, lifecycle planning, and product briefs; partner with Design, Development, Marketing and regional teams; use consumer and commercial insight to prioritise and launch ranges; coach and grow the Product Management team; improve processes and decision forums to drive timely, commercially-viable product delivery.
