Provide excellent customer service and product advice in a retail sports environment. Demonstrate products, handle sales transactions, meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, maintain merchandising, inventory controls, after-sales processes, and store standards. Lead merchandise financial planning across pre-, in-, and post-season cycles to optimize sales, margins, and inventory. Build forecasts, manage in-season replenishment and allocations, monitor KPIs (GMROII, sell-through, OTB), and deliver post-season analysis and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with buying and merchandising to align assortment and financial guardrails.
