Lead business development and customer engagement across the UK, Middle East and Africa air domain. Own RAF relationships, shape opportunities from engagement to contract, advise market leads on air doctrine, plan and execute campaign strategies, support bids and coordinate cross-functional teams to align Tekever solutions with air customer requirements.

Lead and mentor a team to design, build, and maintain scalable data platform architectures, pipelines, and integrations. Oversee cloud/on-prem migrations, performance, security, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust data solutions.

Lead UK logistics strategy and build a scalable, compliant multi-site network. Own transport, customs, warehousing, inventory, systems (ERP/WMS/TMS), P&L, supplier negotiations, risk/resilience and logistics leadership to support production ramp-up and defence programmes.

Lead and scale agile delivery across multiple teams in logistics and trade compliance. Facilitate ceremonies, resolve cross-team dependencies and risks (including hardware timelines), create release visibility, apply systems thinking to governance and flow, coach teams for psychological safety and ownership, and use metrics and tools (Jira/Confluence) to improve predictability and quality within a regulated environment.

Lead design and implementation of a comprehensive export control compliance program. Classify products, manage license applications, monitor multi-jurisdictional regulations, advise internal teams, run audits and training, maintain recordkeeping, and report program maturity to executive leadership.

Manage receiving, storage, inventory and shipping operations: inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, operate material-handling equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, prepare shipping documentation, and follow safety protocols to support operational readiness.

Design, integrate, and certify electrical, control, and communication systems for the AR5 UAS. Implement and optimize communication architectures (MAVLink, DroneCAN, IP, serial), define system interfaces, support requirements management and traceability, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Airworthiness to meet aerospace certification and flight safety, and produce technical documentation.
