Develop and evaluate machine learning and multimodal AI models for precision oncology using clinical, imaging, pathology, molecular, genomic, and outcomes data. Build and curate datasets, perform statistical and survival analyses, feature engineering, model validation, and create visualizations and reports. Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and informaticians to translate analytics into actionable clinical and research insights.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Department/Program Chair and Program Leader: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and conference calls; prepare minutes and reports; supervise junior administrative staff as assigned; handle confidential information; coordinate with faculty and other executive assistants; exercise independent judgment and prioritize work.

Maintain and enhance custom-built and low-code enterprise applications; provide production support, incident management, vendor coordination, and deployment support; develop and refactor features using cloud-native technologies; support AI/MLOps integration, document solutions, and mentor junior engineers while participating in on-call rotations.

Create and manage donor-focused communications to support fundraising: develop messaging, editorial calendars, appeals, stewardship materials, and event collateral. Produce, edit, and coordinate content (stories, web, print, multimedia), collaborate with foundation and marketing teams, manage projects and vendors, and maintain communications assets to strengthen donor engagement and philanthropic support.

Manage and administer financial and ERP systems for budgeting, forecasting, productivity and reporting. Develop reports, interfaces, security models, controls and analyses; support monthly/annual processes, audits, reconciliations, system upgrades, user education, and cross-functional projects to identify financial trends, risks and opportunities.

Provide design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support for enterprise infrastructure (storage, virtualization, servers, end-user computing, LAN/WAN/WLAN). Develop roadmaps, perform incident root cause analysis, document systems, mentor engineers, and ensure disaster recovery and monitoring for Research, Business, and Clinical systems.
