Responsibilities include FortiGate firewall administration, Azure networking, identity and access control, Intune, Sentinel, DLP, endpoint security, EMR infrastructure, compliance, vendor coordination, and healthcare IT support. Requires extensive network and infrastructure administration experience, healthcare IT knowledge, cloud expertise, and security compliance experience.

Build, deploy, and operate full-stack healthcare applications using PHP/Laravel, Vue, React, TypeScript, and MySQL. Design REST and FHIR integrations, use AI-assisted development responsibly, write automated tests, support CI/CD, monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and improve reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and post-mortems, mentor teammates, and own features throughout their lifecycle.
