Provide general office support including filing, data entry, mail/courier handling, visitor reception, scheduling meetings and demos, basic bookkeeping support, vendor coordination, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate Zoho CRM data, support sales pipeline and quotation preparation, generate reports/dashboards, coordinate cross-functional inputs, track accounts receivable and collections, and manage multiple opportunities with strong attention to detail.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, invoicing, bank and petty cash reconciliations, inventory monitoring and stock counts, and support tax compliance and audits. Coordinate with procurement and sales to fulfill orders and resolve invoice or inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.

Support the sales team by processing orders, maintaining CRM sales records, preparing reports and presentation materials, coordinating with logistics/inventory, and providing administrative support including scheduling and travel arrangements.

Provide remote and on-site technical support, product training, and event setup for live sound systems. Engage partners and customers, assess sites, create installation designs and Bills of Quantity, prepare proposals, and follow brand-specific procedures and post-show reporting.

Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, build brand visibility through events and partner channels, manage vendor and partner coordination, create print and digital marketing collateral, run market and field research, analyze campaign and event performance, and support day-to-day marketing operations including inventory and collateral management.

Manage day-to-day accounting and operations: record bills, invoices, payments, reconciliations, petty cash, and inventory. Coordinate payments, follow up on receivables, support audits and compliance, process purchase and sales orders, and handle customer invoice queries and support.

Provide remote and on-site technical support, training, and system setup for live sound products. Engage partners and customers, gather site data, create installation designs and Bills of Quantity, and produce proposals and post-show reports while following brand procedures.

Develop AV system designs and detailed CAD schematics, layouts, equipment specifications, rack layouts, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with project teams, review documentation for accuracy and compliance, maintain design records, and produce proposals based on CAD designs.

Provide technical support, training, and on-site AV assistance for live events; design installations, prepare Bills of Quantity and proposals, liaise with partners and dealers, and ensure product knowledge and procedures are followed for seamless event setup and post-show reporting.
