Manage staff, QA/QC, construction administration (RFIs, change orders), vendor coordination, budgeting, client/jurisdiction meetings, and business development.

Design and manage roadway/highway improvement projects including preliminary and detailed plans, quantities, specifications, and cost estimates. Supervise junior engineers, handle occasional client interactions, and respond to construction RFIs as needed.

Lead and grow an electrical engineering team delivering power, lighting, fire alarm, and voice/data designs for public and private building projects; recruit, manage multiple concurrent projects, support business development, attend client and jurisdiction meetings, and ensure QA/QC of designs.
