Lead strategy and execution to build and scale resident engagement across physical and digital channels. Plan events, manage community communications, oversee value-added services to drive revenue, supervise Community Officers, and track KPIs and performance to improve resident experience and retention.

Provide hands-on support across fund and operational finance functions including fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, treasury, AP/AR, payroll schedules, IFRS 16 lease accounting, tax & regulatory filings, cash management, reconciliations, ERP/financial systems use, audit coordination, and process improvement.

Lead investment strategy and supervise portfolio management to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Conduct market and on-the-ground research, build quantitative factor models, apply statistical and machine learning methods, collaborate with trading/operations and wealth advisors, and prepare investment pitch materials.

Manage and process payment transactions and partner commission disbursements; perform daily, subsidiary, and monthly reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies; maintain financial controls and data integrity; ensure tax, regulatory, and audit compliance; analyze transaction datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Design, automate, and maintain scalable deployment infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage cloud and container platforms (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes), administer Linux systems, ensure security and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, document processes, mentor team members, and continuously improve infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records, assisting with filings and audits, delivering training, monitoring regulatory changes, collaborating on remediation, and promoting ethical practices.

Lead the firm's technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation. Define roadmap and governance, manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network architecture, security, automation (RPA, low-code), systems (CRM/ERP/PMS), data governance, and IT asset lifecycle. Drive process optimization, automation ROI, disaster recovery, and cross-functional collaboration with business units and vendors.
