Serve as Redfin's embedded security leader translating enterprise security and compliance requirements into practical guidance. Liaise with Rocket Companies, advise on AWS security, IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, logging, incident readiness, and AI governance. Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines across on-prem and cloud platforms. Support dimensional/tabular modeling, data quality, performance tuning, CI/CD deployments, and production incident response. Collaborate with data engineers, systems/infosec teams, mentor staff, and drive database optimization and documentation.

Lead cross-functional enterprise data infrastructure integration and modernization programs, define multi-quarter roadmaps, align security/compliance and cloud migration (on-prem to AWS/Snowflake), establish operational standards (incident/change/backup/monitoring), build metrics and executive reporting, and drive execution across engineering, security, and architecture teams.
