Lead and coach the boutique sales team to meet sales targets, develop client development and CRM strategies, drive customer experience and loyalty, assist the Boutique Director with operational standards, prospect and cultivate high-value clients, and represent the Maison at events.

Lead Cartier Koreas Brand Experience strategy, integrating events, client journeys, VIP programs, cultural partnerships and corporate initiatives. Develop strategic roadmaps, design bespoke VIP and client engagement, lead event concepts and executions, manage budgets and KPIs, build cultural collaborations, and coach a high-performing team to elevate brand equity and commercial objectives.

Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations: coordinate logistics, maintain supply chain systems, analyze operational data, manage inspections and supplier collaboration, resolve queries, identify process improvements, ensure compliance, prepare reports, and support short-term priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

Serve as the bridge between business units and Technology & Operations, coordinating infrastructure initiatives, incident resolution, UAT and deployments, governance, vendor management, budgeting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure IT solutions meet business needs and align with regional/global technology standards.

Support daily marketing and communications administration. Analyze and propose improvements to applications and systems, assist with architecture documentation, produce reports, follow procedures, contribute to projects, and maintain client relationships. Engage in training and compliance activities. Post-secondary non-tertiary education; no prior managerial experience required.

Represent the Maison to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales and client portfolio growth, handle after-sales, participate in CRM and client events, and support daily boutique operations and visual merchandising.

Lead SAP Ariba Buying and Guided Buying implementations: analyze end-to-end procurement processes, translate needs into functional specs, configure and test Ariba solutions, manage integrations with SAP ECC, support UAT, advise product owners on prioritization, and ensure scalable secure integrations and API governance.

Lead and deliver SAP ECC/MM and Ariba Buying (including Guided Buying) implementations and go-live. Analyze end-to-end procurement processes, capture requirements, design functional specs, configure systems, manage integrations (CIG/cXML/APIs), prepare and support testing/UAT, run workshops with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure integrations and process improvements.

Support wholesale and in-house accounts through accurate order processing, tracking deliveries and returns, managing showroom and samples, assisting sales appointments and campaigns, and coordinating with customer service, logistics, planning and finance.

Lead procurement process excellence across the Americas by building governance, improving Ariba-driven systems, creating dashboards and savings trackers, driving spend analysis and maverick spend reduction, delivering training and change management, and managing a small procurement operations team to embed continuous improvement and compliance.
