Lead purchasing activities for autoline/assembly equipment: manage RFQs, cost comparisons and analyses, process and follow up POs, evaluate and monitor supplier performance, and apply cost-conscious purchasing practices. Project management experience preferred; motor industry familiarity is advantageous.

Manage HR training and administration: maintain employee handbook, create and execute annual training budget and plan, manage suppliers, track training costs, maintain training records and certifications, conduct orientation, supervise operator training, run improvement projects, prepare HR reports and employee documentation, handle separations and disciplinary notices, and drive HR process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of AI-driven applications and analytics for engineering and manufacturing. Research AI technologies, build PLM-based automation, collaborate with global teams, deploy IT infrastructure, and maintain academic partnerships to accelerate digital transformation.

根据客户要求提供并优化产品结构方案，完成3D/2D结构设计及输出（BOM、DFMEA等），制定测试计划并完成测试报告，支持样机装配调试与故障分析，推动设计在量产中的落地与持续改进，与工艺、制造、供应链及质量团队紧密协作。
