Drive automation and robotics integration, support new product launches, manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance (IATF 16949/VDA 6.3), and optimize process KPIs through data analysis and DOE.

Develop and validate EOL test systems for motors, actuators, and thermal components. Define test requirements with stakeholders, select hardware (PLCs, drives, sensors, DAQ), implement test software (Python/C#/ST/LabVIEW), perform signal processing and verification (FFT, wavelets, FIR/IIR), lead EOL equipment development, and review supplier solutions and acceptance.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Monitor milestones, allocate resources, ensure team training and staffing, lead cross-functional APQP activities, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, support sales/commercial issues, and back up the Senior Project Manager.
