Lead North America supply chain operations including S&OP, demand and supply planning, scheduling, procurement, distribution, and inventory optimization. Assess customer needs, deliver presentations, demos and proposals, build relationships, and pursue sales targets. Work follows standard procedures under continuous supervision with limited communication requirements.

Provide technical support to internal and external customers (veterinarians, pet owners, farmers): assess product needs against technical specifications, handle inquiries and complaints, educate customers, collect and report technical information, and support sales and marketing by ensuring promotional materials are technically accurate. May supervise and coordinate team members, set team goals, and ensure policies, practices, and procedures are followed.

Promote Virbac animal health products to veterinary professionals by communicating product features and benefits, persuading vets to test, use, and recommend products. Provide practical technical knowledge at a technician level, follow standard policies and supervised processes, and support commercial objectives while developing professionally within the company.

Perform receiving, picking, packing, stock movements and cycle counts in a GMP/GDP warehouse. Operate forklifts/reach trucks and scanners, maintain inventory accuracy in M3, follow SOPs, safety and housekeeping, and support dispatch and production handovers.

Represent Virbac to support animal health initiatives by engaging customers, explaining product facts, policies and practices, and performing sales activities under close supervision while participating in development and internal mobility opportunities.

Lead accounting and control for plant/industrial operations: manage cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, reporting, internal controls, perpetual inventory, forecasting, and lead STL accounting staff to optimize manufacturing costs and efficiencies.
