Lead design and implementation of CCTV and telecom system architecture for manufacturing sites. Create FDS, Bills of Material, network specifications and design documents. Support multinational engineering teams and project managers, manage engineers, and ensure project delivery in oil & gas and processing industry environments (including Access Control, PAGA, and anti-intrusion systems).

Lead design, validation, and integration of control system panels including wiring, layouts, BOMs, testing and QA/QC. Manage multiple panel projects, supervise contractors, coordinate procurement/logistics, ensure compliance with IEC/ISA and HSE, mentor engineering team, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead sales and marketing for Yokogawa Netherlands: develop and execute commercial strategy, manage pipeline and targets, coach and lead the commercial team, support key accounts and complex project sales, and collaborate with engineering, service and international teams to ensure order intake, revenue and margin goals.

Design, deliver, and support Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions: gather requirements, develop model-based/multivariable control applications; perform planning, configuration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization; collaborate with project teams and customers to improve stability, throughput, energy efficiency, and product quality.
