Support and maintain the quality system across manufacturing: lead APQP/PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC and capability studies (Cp/Cpk). Serve as technical liaison for engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers, manage customer complaints and audits, train staff, support non-conforming material disposition, and drive corrective actions to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Support planning and execution of automotive test programs. Set up and calibrate instrumentation, design test fixtures, run durability/performance/NVH tests, analyze data, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fixed day/evening/weekend shifts; on-site in Markham.

Provide HR generalist support including employee relations, full-cycle hourly recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits re-enrollment, STD/LTD case assistance, administrative HR documentation, safety/JHSC participation, and planning employee events. Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and ensure confidential, accurate employee file management.

Design and develop automotive mechanisms from concept to high-volume production: create 3D CAD models and GD&T drawings, lead validation studies, support DFM/DFA/VA-VE, assemble prototypes, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate with OEM customers.

Develop, maintain and validate embedded C software for automotive electronic control units across the full lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, unit/integration testing, HIL/SIL validation, and customer integration. Contribute to peer reviews, reusable libraries, AUTOSAR device/BSW/RTE/ASW development, and follow quality, safety and cybersecurity processes.

Lead design and validation of automotive mechanisms from concept to high-volume production. Create 3D CAD and GD&T drawings, perform DFMEA, DVP&R, tolerance analysis, prototypes, testing, and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, electronics, and customers while mentoring junior engineers.

Serve as the primary sales interface for Multimatic's manufacturing and engineering centers. Lead quoting, commercial negotiations, customer meetings, and pursuit of new business. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop technical review presentations, support project execution and launch activities, and drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
