Structured fall internship (Sept–Dec) offering full-time, paid hands-on experience across software development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps/cloud, technical support, business analysis, and project management. Interns receive mentorship, work on real projects, and may have pathways to full-time roles. Applicants must be students or recent graduates, legally eligible to work in Canada or the U.S., and available full-time during the term.

Provide application support for Jonas Construction ERP: monitor tickets, respond to calls, troubleshoot software and accounting/process issues, train clients, analyze data/process deficiencies, liaise with clients and internal teams, and maintain professional, customer-focused service.

Lead a portfolio of 5–7 software business units to drive growth, operational excellence, product innovation, and M&A integration. Coach business leaders, set KPIs, support AI/automation opportunities, manage P&L, and ensure data-driven decision making and cross-unit alignment.

Own the backlog and drive delivery for CMS and communications tooling across web and mobile. Translate business needs into user stories, define acceptance criteria, remove delivery blockers, validate releases, support adoption, and align platform strategy while partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Client Experience.

Full-cycle B2B Account Executive responsible for prospecting, qualifying, demoing WinePOS/WineCommerce/WinePayments, closing deals, and handing off accounts to Implementation. Represent the brand at events and manage pipeline, negotiations, and account details to meet sales targets.

Lead strategic cloud and select on-premise software initiatives end-to-end: plan and track scope, budget, timeline, risks, and deliverables. Use AI tools to accelerate project execution and commercialization, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide executive reporting, and drive strategic milestone achievement and continuous improvement.

Lead the Cloud Operations team to design, deploy, secure, monitor, and maintain reliable cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Manage production deployments, CI/CD/IaC, APM, SOC2 compliance, incident handling, automation, and process improvement while mentoring staff and collaborating with R&D and leadership.

Lead and modernize enterprise technical support as a player-coach: manage executive escalations, operational processes, KPIs/SLAs, budgeting, AI/automation initiatives, and a 20+ person technical team while maintaining technical depth across hardware, software, POS, networking and cloud.

Manage and grow a book of existing WinePOS/WineCommerce accounts through regular outreach, demos, and upsells. Maintain CRM data, identify expansion opportunities (hardware/software), generate referrals, and coordinate handoffs to Implementation. Build strong customer relationships and close expansion sales to meet revenue targets.
