Owns the design, development, and production deployment of AI-enabled software across diverse legacy and cloud environments. Responsibilities include building APIs, integrations, data pipelines, retrieval systems, user interfaces, and modernization upgrades; integrating LLM capabilities with SaaS, ERP, CRM, and on-premise systems; optimizing reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost; and creating reusable AI patterns, playbooks, and training for business units.

The role requires deep TypeScript/Node and React expertise, financial-system correctness, Azure or AWS architecture, ETL and data reconciliation, CI/CD, incident response, SaaS security, and pragmatic maintenance of Java/Spring and VB6 legacy systems.

Own the partner-facing product backlog for an AI-first payment gateway migration. Translate commercial and technical partner needs into requirements, user stories, API specifications, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, Commercial, and Partner Success to prioritize, validate, launch, and iterate payment features. Lead pilots, UAT, migration cutovers, stakeholder communication, and partner discovery. Apply AI tools throughout requirements, prototyping, testing, documentation, and software delivery.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots configuration, access, and application issues; documents and categorizes tickets; guides users through resolutions; escalates complex cases to Tier 2; monitors and follows up on open cases; maintains SLA commitments; and stays current on product updates and support procedures.

Manage partner relationships for an embedded payments platform, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, escalations, onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, address compliance and risk matters, communicate regulatory and product updates, maintain CRM records, report on engagement and satisfaction, and lead churn-risk and retention initiatives. The role also promotes AI adoption within partner relationship management processes.

Manage end-to-end data migrations for new client implementations: extract, cleanse, map, validate, and import data. Work with implementation teams and clients to resolve data quality issues, document processes, support testing and go-live, and continuously improve migration practices.

Source, qualify, and nurture a pipeline of software acquisition targets through research, outreach, and relationship building. Manage deal flow in Salesforce, liaise with senior M&A leaders, conduct initial qualification and information collection, arrange NDAs, and present qualified targets. Represent the company at industry events and refine outreach strategies using research and AI/automation tools.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of hotel guest-facing solution deployments across Europe; create deployment plans, configure solutions, provide training and soft-launch support, handle customer support issues, gather feedback, and liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
