Lead global logistics network strategy, modeling, and optimization across plants, warehouses, DCs and 3PLs. Own logistics budgets, cost-to-serve analytics, SAP S/4HANA processes, 3PL governance, risk/compliance, and build a high-performing global logistics organization to drive structural cost and service improvements.

Lead S&OP and supply chain planning for assigned SBUs, resolve near-term supply issues, develop and execute production and resupply plans, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional stakeholders with up to 20% travel.

Manage plant process engineering for film coatings: develop batch instructions and blending procedures, support R&D product introductions, optimize processes and color matching using statistical methods, lead quality and cost-savings projects, support PLC systems, investigate complaints, and support GMP audits.

Coordinate and execute daily replenishment and purchase order activities across the warehouse network. Manage supplier lead times, support MRP settings, inventory analysis, stock transfers, airfreight imports, complaint investigations, month-end inventory tasks, and cross-functional supply and customer service meetings to maintain service levels and reduce excess inventory.

Functional HRIS/Workday analyst responsible for configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting HCM systems. Develop reports/dashboards, manage integrations, support releases, document processes, partner with HR and IT, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Plan and schedule production and procurements for assigned product scope. Ensure execution of production plans, maintain ERP and scheduling data, analyze inventory/production variances, drive corrective actions, support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement, and back up team members as needed.

Support and improve chemical manufacturing processes through troubleshooting, technical studies, process design, control-system programming, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma). Ensure safety, environmental compliance, good manufacturing practices, and detailed testing reports while supporting new product procedures and plant operations.

Create and manage production schedules using ERP/MRP systems to meet customer requirements, run SAP to project material demand, procure packaging, collaborate with Operations and Quality on issues, support continuous improvement and compliance, and participate in safety and environmental initiatives. Onsite role with <5% travel.

Provide FP&A and cost accounting support for multi-plant manufacturing: prepare financial reports, reforecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, burden rate calculations, and capital project evaluations. Partner with operations to identify cost savings, improve processes, and deliver executive-level decision support. Lead plant financial operations, ad hoc analyses, and special projects.
