Recruits candidates across healthcare roles by developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers. Manages fixed assets, construction-in-progress accounts, grants, leases, billing, collections, cash activity, bank reconciliations, and unclaimed property reporting. Analyzes accounting data, oversees lease schedules under ASC 842, prepares financial and grant reports, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions and compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include endpoint monitoring, patching, operating system configuration, software deployment, compliance remediation, issue resolution, technical support, policy development, and training technical services staff on endpoint management.

Coordinates talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including new-hire paperwork, background and reference checks, license and OIG verification, orientation registration, employee health follow-up, contractor and physician files, and confidential record maintenance. Provides administrative and customer service support to recruiters, applicants, and departments; manages screening processes and the AHCA website; maintains files and assists with recruitment projects and front-desk coverage.
