Manage allocation, scheduling, and logistics for export and domestic egg orders across three depots. Prepare export paperwork (NPIP, TSA), monitor inventory, coordinate shipments and depot usage, ensure compliance with hatchery capacity and customer requirements, troubleshoot order errors, and maintain operational standards. On-call evenings and weekends; supervise TSA-certified staff.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, HR systems (Workday, Kronos), benefits/payroll support, employee communications and Spanish-English translation. Assist with events, reporting, record-keeping, I-9 verification, and special HR projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Support data entry, validation, cleaning, and reporting under a Senior Data Analyst. Perform data quality checks, assist analysis, document governance, and help automate/process-improve workflows for operational visibility.
