Analyze and maintain program budgets, assist with proposal pricing and cost analysis, create quotes and funding documents, track hours and costs, monitor program performance, prepare financial reports, liaise with subcontractors and corporate departments, and may provide leadership to junior staff.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration laws, maintain government portal records, support HR with audits and Saudization, and represent the company to relevant government authorities.

Manage allocation, scheduling, and logistics for export and domestic egg orders across three depots. Prepare export paperwork (NPIP, TSA), monitor inventory, coordinate shipments and depot usage, ensure compliance with hatchery capacity and customer requirements, troubleshoot order errors, and maintain operational standards. On-call evenings and weekends; supervise TSA-certified staff.

Perform day-to-day accounting including accounts payable and petty cash, assist Workday expense integration, reconcile vendor and employee accounts, safeguard financial documents, support tax/statutory/internal audits, and coordinate monthly intercompany reconciliations.

Provide clerical and administrative support including advanced Excel/Pivot operations, payroll processing, managing correspondence, inventory and supplies, supervising laundry crew, supporting production staff, operating e-requester and credit card systems, and general office organization.

Manage end-to-end procurement for goods and services, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, prepare purchase orders and procurement reports, support audits and process improvements, and assist administrative operations including office assets and service-provider management.
