Hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop and deliver end-to-end features for an enterprise fintech data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting product. Work across product lifecycle, debug application internals, collaborate with Product Management, follow Agile/Scrum, and produce high-quality, maintainable code.

Provide first-line technical support for NeoXam's SaaS products during Australian business hours; triage and resolve tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot Java applications and databases, monitor AWS-based deployments, manage cloud resources and EKS, perform installations/upgrades, support migrations and onboarding, collaborate with R&D and global teams, and assist pre-sales and implementation efforts.

Lead and implement NeoXam DataHub/IBOR deployments for financial clients. Split role: hands-on customization, scripting, troubleshooting and client support; plus project and implementation management, client relations, presales, training, team mentoring and documentation, ensuring delivery within budget and best practices.

Lead and build a production-grade GenAI knowledge platform: design RAG ingestion pipelines, agentic tooling, multi-level knowledge synthesis, and a domain ontology. Improve retrieval, reasoning, and reliability, owning architecture through deployment and growing a team over time.
