Lead national and international client engagements advising banks on non-financial risk topics (governance, controls, operational resilience, outsourcing, regulatory compliance). Advise on treasury operating models, system architecture, bank connectivity, payments, cash and liquidity management, integrations (SWIFT/EBICS/API/ERP), testing, migration, training and post-go-live support while managing stakeholders, teams and thought leadership activities.

Provide treasury technology advisory and implementation for multinational clients: assess fintech usage, recommend best practices, support project delivery, research trends, and develop expertise within the firm.

Support clients in developing, validating and reviewing credit risk models and frameworks (A-IRB/IFRS 9). Perform quantitative analysis using econometric, machine learning and AI techniques, review fintech usage and best practices, manage project delivery, and present analytical reports to clients and senior colleagues.

Master's students work on a self-driven thesis (3 days/week) and support consultants (2 days/week) on financial risk projects. Apply quantitative methods, data analysis and modelling to client problems in credit risk, ALM, AML and transaction monitoring, receiving guidance throughout the research and thesis process.
