Partner with the CEO to drive strategic execution, governance and cross-functional alignment. Lead the Executive Office, coordinate strategic initiatives, track organizational performance, prepare executive briefings, identify risks, and strengthen processes to improve collaboration and decision-making across the Foundation.

Lead senior engagement with state governments and institutions to translate citizen-focused climate research into actionable policy and program advice. Build trusted relationships with officials, shape and deliver high-level advisory engagements, mentor a small advisory team, refine operating models, and ensure research insights inform realistic, politically viable climate action across states.

Lead mixed-methods social research to understand public opinion and political attitudes. Design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, audience segmentation, and MEL frameworks. Manage data collection, vendors, analysis, and reporting; translate findings into strategic recommendations, visualizations, and stakeholder-facing products. Own multiple research projects end-to-end to inform policy and social-impact initiatives.

Lead creation and management of a Policy Hub: build partnerships with think tanks and experts, coordinate policy proposal development, translate community research into actionable policy, align policy work with communications and campaigns, support partners with capacity building and advocacy, and form coalitions to influence decision-makers on energy, agriculture, health, and EU/national policy.

Lead mapping and prioritisation of policy, philanthropy, and intermediary stakeholders; support senior-level engagements and external positioning; design roundtables and briefings; shape partnership and business development pathways; develop proposals, track engagement pipelines, and convert conversations into advisory opportunities.

Lead building OCH's global strategic communications and public-influence function: create shared standards, systems and rapid-response capabilities; coach country teams to develop spokespeople, media strategies and crisis protocols; embed infrastructure for narrative testing, media monitoring and AI-shaped distribution; manage budget and transition central support to a coaching model.
