Create and implement real-time VFX for PvE gameplay, including spells, creature abilities, boss attacks, environmental effects, and world events. Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency, gameplay clarity, and performance across PC and mobile platforms. Optimize effects, maintain VFX workflows, and apply current real-time VFX tools and practices.

Lead end-to-end production of game features, coordinating Game Design and Engineering from concept through launch. Define milestones, schedules, and dependencies; mitigate risks; run playtests and quality reviews; prioritize tasks and manage resources; mentor junior producers; and foster a collaborative, efficient production culture focused on iterative delivery and polished feature implementation.

Lead and grow the UI team to design, implement, and maintain intuitive, player-focused game interfaces. Translate game design into UI concepts, collaborate cross-functionally, plan priorities, ensure quality and consistency, and improve UI processes and pipelines.

Design and build engaging, balanced levels, dungeons and PvE/PvP areas using Unity. Own content from layout to polish, populate encounters, conduct playtests, collaborate with designers, artists and engineers, and optimize for performance and readability.

Translate, post-edit, and proofread in-game text, patch notes, news, and video subtitles (Simplified & Traditional Chinese) using a CAT tool. Meet agreed deadlines, maintain consistent availability, and deliver work on a paid-per-word, monthly-invoiced freelance basis (approx. 5-10 hours/week).
