Sandbox Interactive is the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online. The game is the first true cross-platform MMO, and is playable on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android with more than 350.000 daily players and over 2 million monthly visitors on our website. Your Game

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Producer to take charge of delivering feature implementations, primarily overseeing the Game Design and Engineering teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that new features are developed efficiently, from concept to full implementation, while maintaining quality and alignment with overall project goals.

  • Own the production process for feature development, ensuring smooth implementation from pre-production to post-launch

  • Work closely with Game Designers and Engineers, ensuring that features are scoped realistically, developed efficiently, and meet quality expectations

  • Define milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery

  • Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring alignment between design and coding teams, as well as collaboration with other departments when needed

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively removing roadblocks to keep development on track

  • Ensure that feature development follows an iterative approach, with playtesting, feedback loops, and adjustments as needed

  • Lead milestone reviews and quality checks, ensuring the feature is polished and meets design and technical standards

  • Support task prioritization and resource management, optimizing efficiency for the feature team

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior producers and other team members, helping them grow and excel in their roles

  • Foster a strong production culture, driving collaboration, accountability, and efficiency in feature development

Your TalentMinimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in game production

  • Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles, ideally across various platforms (console, PC, mobile)

  • Demonstrated experience in leading feature teams, particularly overseeing Game Design and Engineering.

  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines, tools, and best practices.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Hansoft)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs

  • Passion for video games and an understanding of current gaming trends

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

  • Knowledge of live game services and ongoing content development

  • Experience working with external development teams and outsourcing partners
