Lead enterprise-level process improvement using CMM/CMMI and engineering methodologies. Plan, coordinate, and conduct formal/informal process assessments; analyze results, recommend improvements, track progress, train teams, and support systems and software engineering process initiatives across acquisition lifecycle.

Develop and execute cyber exploitation plans by applying deep understanding of adversary networks, defenses, and operational capabilities. Perform vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, and network/system engineering tasks supporting mission-critical federal customers under TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph requirements.

Provide strategic planning and program analysis support to federal clients (DoD/IC), including PPBE and Program Build analysis, resource mapping, trend/gap analysis, stakeholder coordination, CBJB narratives, mission readiness support, and responses to RFIs for executive and congressional audiences.

Evaluate and map target networks using all-source data, analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across the OSI stack, identify vulnerabilities, and support development of exploitation and operations plans. Work requires understanding IP core infrastructure, communication devices, traffic flows, and conducting vulnerability analysis, forensics, and penetration testing to support mission operations.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administration and help-desk support for client/server/storage/network and mobile devices. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS, troubleshoot hardware/software integration, perform capacity planning, monitor systems, escalate and communicate status to agency stakeholders, and support dispatch systems and mission architecture with SOA-aware administration.

Support program budget execution by creating and maintaining spend plans, processing requisitions, validating ULOs, pulling financial reports, tracking expenditures, preparing briefings, coordinating financial reviews, and analyzing financial data to support government program and contract financial management.

Analyze logs from IDS, firewalls, network and hosts to detect and respond to cyber events. Develop mitigations, strengthen network defenses, and support wired, wireless, and collaborative platform security. Work includes vulnerability analysis, incident response, and network/system administration tasks for DoD/IC customers.
