Develop and maintain project programmes for pre- and post-contract stages using Primavera P6. Prepare tender programmes, histograms, S-curves, programme narratives, short-term/look-ahead plans, earned value reporting, and as-built programmes. Support tender reviews, client presentations, supply-chain engagement, site visits, and assist site teams with programme logic and progress reporting.

Provide on-site administrative support for European construction projects: manage inductions and training paperwork, compile progress and inspection reports, maintain filing, coordinate travel and accommodation, and perform ad-hoc site manager duties.

Manage all financial activities of the industrial unit including accounting, treasury, taxation, credit control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit coordination, cash flow and bank relationships, and lead the local finance team to support profitability and strategic decisions.

Manage project teams, design and supply chain to deliver data-centre fit-out projects on time, on budget and safely. Responsibilities include pre- and post-contract planning, programming, procurement, budgeting, contract management, resourcing, HSE and client/stakeholder management.

Support the Commercial Director by implementing sales strategies, tracking KPIs, managing client and partner relationships, coordinating the sales team, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing performance and revenue reports, supporting negotiations and contracts, and optimizing internal commercial processes to drive sales growth.
