Lead technical teams, provide mentorship, validate infrastructure, optimize performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable MDM implementations across clients.

Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise LAN/MAN/WAN networks. Configure Cisco network hardware and security platforms, troubleshoot escalated incidents, optimize monitoring, mentor staff, maintain documentation, and drive network modernization.

Lead end-to-end delivery of CMMS implementation and related HHB initiatives: define scope, plans, budgets, governance; manage vendors, cross-functional teams, risks, testing, documentation, and project closeout; maintain records in SharePoint and report to stakeholders.
