We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio of HHB initiatives, with an initial primary focus on the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This is a professional services consulting engagement with assignments authorized on a task-by-task basis.
What you'll be doing

Establish governance structures and communication plans at project outset
Manage daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to approved plans; maintain project documentation, decisions, and approvals in alignment with HHB requirements
Lead cross-functional teams; facilitate collaboration across technical and business groups; delegate work, provide direction, and resolve team challenges
Serve as the primary point of contact for HHB; manage vendor performance against deliverables and costs; communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and sponsors
Monitor vendor performance, identify non-performance, and recommend corrective actions; escalate issues as required
Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; manage scope changes through formal change control processes
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and sponsors
Organize and facilitate project meetings, briefings, and progress updates
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality requirements; coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes
Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable project records in HHB systems (e.g., SharePoint)
Develop, track, and forecast budgets; review, track, and approve invoices
Lead project closeout activities including knowledge transfer, operational handover, and lessons learned
Provide guidance on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies
What we're looking for
