Provide executive operational leadership for program administration, contracts, grants, vendor and state/federal partnerships. Oversee RFPs, mentor leaders, drive program growth and integration, recommend operational improvements, and promote innovation and continuous improvement to improve services for children and families.

Lead HR strategy and execution as an executive partner, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, labor relations, performance management, succession planning, employee relations governance, and workforce analytics. Build and direct the HR leadership team to ensure regulatory compliance, total rewards competitiveness, and a high-performing organizational culture aligned with agency strategy.
