Program Assistant
Salary: $34,000 - $36,500 based upon experience
Are you a great communicator with an eye for detail? The Villages Healthy Families Program Assistant is responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities for Healthy Families programs in Blackford, Delaware, Hamilton, Jay, Madison and Randolph Counties. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and securing records
- Database management and support
- Referral management
- Supporting program quality assurance efforts
- Tracking deadlines for report submissions
- Completion of documentation required by programs
- File maintenance in accordance with State contract standards
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and two years’ prior experience in customer service or office support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-directed
- Ability to respond to a variety of changing needs
