Lead and manage the HYCC Learn to Skate program: oversee skating professionals, ensure instruction and safety meet Learn to Skate USA/USFS/PSA standards, develop and supervise lesson plans, maintain certifications, liability insurance, and Town of Barnstable expectations.

Prepare and stamp engineering drawings, manage large construction budgets, administer contracts/grants, supervise staff, and use CAD and office/engineering software to produce reports and plans.

Lead and QA/QC civil engineering projects across DPW functions (roads, water, sewer, buildings, marine, solid waste). Oversee, mentor, design and stamp engineering drawings/specifications, prepare plans, estimates, and contract documents, manage project budgets, inspections, and construction, and coordinate with regulations and procurement.

Provide administrative, technical and supervisory civil engineering services for public works road projects. Develop processes/programs, perform surveying, design, construction oversight, inspection, plan review, and public presentations. Supervise staff, use engineering/drafting software and standard office applications, and apply stormwater treatment knowledge.
