Provides recordkeeping, auditing, research, reporting, and administrative support for the Human Resources Department. Maintains detailed and confidential records, prepares reports, uses word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HR software, and communicates effectively with employees and departments. Supports municipal HR operations in a team-oriented environment requiring problem-solving, quick thinking, and public service commitment.

Directs the Town Assessor’s Department, administering the CAMA system and overseeing valuation and revaluation of real and personal property. Lead and manage the HYCC Learn to Skate program: oversee skating professionals, ensure instruction and safety meet Learn to Skate USA/USFS/PSA standards, develop and supervise lesson plans, maintain certifications, liability insurance, and Town of Barnstable expectations.

Supervise staff, use engineering/drafting software and standard office applications, and apply stormwater treatment knowledge.
