Leads the full lifecycle of real estate development projects from underwriting and investment committee approval through due diligence, budgeting, and pre-construction. Coordinates vendors, consultants, engineers, architects, designers, and contractors; reviews title, survey, environmental, zoning, and feasibility materials; manages budgets, timelines, project trackers, documentation, and status reporting; prepares investment committee memos and approval materials; and escalates risks and blockers to leadership.

Lead the Advanced Manufacturing market P&L and strategic direction, drive business development and client relations, oversee large EPC/design-build projects, mentor design/project teams, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure profitable project delivery and growth.

Manage and maintain project schedules and baselines, perform network logic analysis, cost and resource load schedules, generate performance and cash flow reports, assist monthly schedule reporting, and develop schedules for proposals and construction, coordinating updates with PMs, superintendents, owners, and subcontractors.

Support VDC/BIM across project lifecycle: develop BIM strategy, train teams, implement visualization and simulation tools, automate processes, manage standards and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and integrate performance/sustainability analysis.

Manage project financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, cost control, change orders, billings, and cost reporting. Coordinate with project management, accounting, subcontractors, and executives to identify variances, risks, and ensure accuracy and transparency in cost deliverables.

Leads Clayco’s enterprise and foundation civic and social impact strategy across philanthropy, fundraising, donor development, community partnerships, employee engagement, and corporate giving. Advises executive leadership and the board, manages the philanthropy budget and governance systems, oversees impact reporting and communications, represents the organization externally, and supervises the Civic and Social Impact Coordinator. The role also develops nonprofit, government, business, and philanthropic relationships and supports community engagement tied to Clayco projects.

Lead project delivery for steel procurement projects including project setup, buyout, contract execution, material procurement, schedule and budget management, change order tracking, coordination with GC/subcontractors, mentoring coordinators, and fiscal accountability.

Leads the Project Accounting team, overseeing owner billings, construction project accounting, work-in-process reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Manages approximately one to two projects hands-on while developing employees, allocating workloads, resolving billing and financial issues, and partnering with Operations and Accounting leadership. Supports system enhancements, compliance activities, training, and department initiatives.
