Lead solution consulting and commercial strategy for observability/APM products. Drive pre-sales demos, POCs, ROI presentations, account and pricing strategy, partner alliances, and market insight to grow enterprise and mid-market business.

Build, maintain, and deploy a high-volume, fault-tolerant observability platform. Architect and develop OpenTelemetry-based systems, implement services in Go (concurrency/gRPC), work with ClickHouse/Postgres, Kafka/Redis streaming, and containerized deployments on Kubernetes/Docker. Evaluate new tools and improve platform reliability and performance.

Design, execute, and analyze functional, regression, integration, system, and performance tests for a web-based observability platform. Create test plans and cases, track defects, collaborate with developers and product, improve QA processes, and potentially build/maintain automated tests. Participate in Agile ceremonies and investigate root causes to ensure timely resolution.

Support outbound prospecting, market research, CRM tracking, product demos, and cross-team coordination. Draft MoMs, follow-ups, proposals, and content while learning B2B SaaS and AI.
