Lead and scale the Kenya office, establish legal and operational frameworks, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and financial performance, implement policies and controls, prepare strategic reports, resolve operational and regulatory issues, and provide spiritual leadership aligned with the organization's Christian values.

Maintain accurate accounting records in line with IFRS: prepare LPOs and invoices, post transactions, manage supplier and client accounts, perform bank reconciliations, produce management accounts, maintain asset register, handle petty cash, prepare statutory payments, and assist auditors with schedules.

Manage all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting and analysis, cash and risk management to support business operations and decision-making.

Perform initial and renewal due diligence on charity applicants, assess compliance with international rules, maintain systems/databases, provide high-quality client communication, and support cross-training within the Giver Services team.
