Verde Edge consulting Ltd is recruiting a Due Diligence & Compliance Specialist on behalf of our client. Our client, a global Christian NGO is a grant-making foundation based in Europe. They receive donations from individuals and entities all over the world, process and send grants to charities in many parts of the world.
Job Description
The Due Diligence & Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Senior Due Diligence Specialist and works within a small team construct including the Product Specialist and Client Success Specialist. The role has three broad areas of responsibility focused on due diligence, compliance, and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support initial due diligence and renewal analysis on charities applying for Charity Funds.
· Assess charity applications for completeness and compliance with international rules.
· Provide excellent service to donor and charity clients through effective communication.
· Support cross-training within the Giver Services team.
· Maintain organized and up-to-date systems and databases.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
· Spiritually mature Christian with a strong calling to this role.
· Experience in CRM systems and virtual/dispersed teams.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Cultural competency and sensitivity in dealing with donors worldwide.
Previous experience on a previous role will be an added advantage
Additional InformationWork Environment
- Regular workdays run from roughly 1400–2200 (EAT) to overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
- Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods.
