Lead and manage the internal IT helpdesk team, ensuring tickets are triaged and resolved to SLAs. Provide hands-on escalation support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and CRM SaaS (Zoho). Implement helpdesk processes, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical teams and external vendors.

Manage and optimize Portman Finance Group's WordPress websites and app to increase traffic, conversions, and sales leads. Own UX/UI, technical and content SEO, analytics, A/B testing, content production, and a roadmap for improvements. Coordinate with external developers and lead app redevelopments and agency replacement.

Support sales and lending processes by preparing and checking finance documents, submitting applications to lenders, updating CRM, raising invoices/commissions, performing KYC and credit checks, handling inbound/outbound calls, and assisting credit and onboarding teams.

Lead day-to-day marketing operations to generate high-quality B2B sales leads. Own campaign planning, budget, email/direct mail, digital/PPC, events, website/app performance, and cross-channel coordination. Report channel effectiveness using analytics, manage a small team, collaborate with Brand and Tech to evolve CRM and content.

Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls, emails, chats), ensure compliance with policies and service standards, produce QA reports and scorecards, give feedback, identify trends and root causes, support coaching and corrective actions to improve service quality and operations.

Greet and manage visitors, answer and direct calls, handle post and deliveries, coordinate meeting rooms and refreshments, provide administrative support across departments, and maintain a professional front-of-house environment.
