Develop high-performance, highly available platform capabilities for autonomous haulage systems. Build technology supporting system operation, monitoring, and support across distributed environments involving sensors, edge computing, and communications networks. Drives new-client acquisition and regional revenue growth for mining technology solutions across North America. Manages sales pipelines, forecasts, strategic accounts, customer relationships, competitive initiatives, and industry partnerships. Represents the company at tradeshows and events while collaborating with marketing, engineering, product, project, operational, and client-services teams. Maintains customer focus, resolves complaints, gathers market intelligence, and supports long-term business growth. Frequent regional travel is required.

Develop data science strategies and advanced models for mining equipment, predictive maintenance, fleet optimization, and machine guidance. Analyze high-dimensional sensor and operational data using statistical, signal-processing, and machine learning techniques. Lead projects from research through deployment, ensure data governance and model transparency, create visualizations, monitor performance, and communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.

Provides Tier 1 remote and on-site technical support for enterprise mining software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software, hardware, networks, databases, and servers; maintaining test environments; documenting issues; supporting implementations and upgrades; conducting site inspections; and delivering customer training. The role also coordinates mine-site resources, contributes to product documentation, and supports clients in remote, high-pressure environments.

Own the UX function across Wenco’s product portfolio as a hands-on player-coach. Lead design direction, build and govern a design system, conduct research, deliver interaction and visual design, shape AI-enabled experiences, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership. Manage, mentor, and grow the design team while establishing UX standards, accessibility practices, and ways of working for complex industrial software products.

Coordinates strategic digital platform initiatives across engineering and product teams. Facilitates agile ceremonies, planning, releases, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, reporting, and delivery governance. Improves agile and release-management practices, coaches delivery teams, and supports predictable software delivery across multiple workstreams and environments.

Provides Tier 1–2 IT support and administers end-user systems, cloud services, identities, devices, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, backups, and security tools. Responsibilities include ITSM ticket management, onboarding and access reviews, RBAC and privileged access support, device compliance, incident triage, change management, asset tracking, PowerShell automation, documentation, audit evidence, and ISO 27001-related compliance activities.

Leads Wenco’s global commercial strategy and organization, owning revenue growth, forecasting, customer retention, strategic accounts, partnerships, sales operations, and commercial performance. The role builds scalable processes, incentive programs, governance, and succession plans while developing regional and functional leaders. It partners with R&D, Marketing, Business Operations, Client Services, and Delivery to align product strategy with customer and market needs. The position reports to the President and CEO and requires substantial global travel.
